MBGDesk USA
MBGDesk USA builds websites, applications and AI automation for American businesses and runs the search work that makes them visible. Our US office is at 1 Liberty Street, New York, and we serve businesses across the United States.
The United States is the most mature of the four markets we work in, and maturity changes what a project has to clear to be worth doing. Competitors have been publishing for a decade, paid acquisition costs have risen to the point where many businesses are actively looking for an alternative, and the legal surface around websites is real rather than theoretical.
Two pressures shape most American briefs. Acquisition costs have climbed far enough that businesses arrive wanting an owned channel rather than a rented one — but the organic categories they want are already occupied by incumbents with years of authority. Separately, website accessibility has become a genuine legal exposure: demand letters over inaccessible sites are filed in volume, usually over the same handful of failures that are cheap to fix before a letter arrives and expensive afterwards.
When this work makes sense
Questions worth asking any supplier
Does the proposal target head terms or winnable intent? In mature categories specificity is the entire strategy.
Is accessibility part of scope, or an afterthought? The exposure is real and the remediation is cheaper now.
Does reporting run through to cost per lead and closed revenue, or stop at rankings?
Are phone calls tracked? For service businesses the phone is still where revenue arrives.
Is the site server-rendered? Bing renders JavaScript far less reliably than Google, and it powers Yahoo and DuckDuckGo.
Deliverables
Websites and applications, server-rendered and built against a performance budget
Stripe and PayPal integration where you sell or take payment online
CRM integration — HubSpot, Salesforce or whatever you run — so leads are attributable to revenue
Accessibility review against WCAG, prioritised by exposure
Google Business Profile work for each location
Call tracking so phone enquiries are attributed to source
Reporting in cost per lead against a baseline recorded before work starts

Process
US engagements open with a competitive gap analysis rather than a site audit. Before deciding what to build or fix, we establish what the incumbents in your category have — usually years of content depth and accumulated links — and where they are thin. That determines whether the realistic route is competing directly or going around them, and it is a decision far cheaper to make in week one than in month nine.
The standard nine stages — discovery, strategy, UX/UI, development, content and SEO, testing, launch, measurement, continuous improvement — apply to every project. The paragraph above is what differs for this one.
What moves the number
Pricing depends on scope, functionality, integrations and content requirements. These are the factors that change it most:
MBGDesk, a US agency, or an offshore development shop
US-based agency
Fits: Businesses wanting local presence and same-timezone availability throughout the day
Limits: Highest rates in the market; smaller budgets often get junior teams
MBGDesk
Fits: Businesses wanting the build and the search work from one team, with a US office and delivery across four markets
Limits: Part of the team works from India, so some collaboration is asynchronous
Offshore development shop
Fits: Well-specified build work where you own strategy and project management
Limits: Typically build-only — no search, no growth work, and the specification burden falls on you

Frequently asked questions
Where is MBGDesk's US office?
1 Liberty Street, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10006. Business inquiries go to us@mbgdesk.com. A dedicated US phone line is being set up; until it is live we have not published one, and we will not route you to another market's number instead.
Are you a US company or an Indian company?
MBGDesk operates from four offices — India, USA, UK and UAE — with India as the head office. Delivery is one team across all four rather than separate local agencies under one name.
Is our website an ADA compliance risk?
Possibly. Demand letters over inaccessible websites are common in the US, and most cite the same failures: missing alt text, insufficient contrast, keyboard traps, unlabelled forms. We are not attorneys and this is not legal advice, but the technical remediation is straightforward and far cheaper before a letter than after.
How do you handle time zones?
Part of the team works from India, so there is overlap with US mornings and asynchronous work outside it. We agree response expectations before starting rather than leaving you to discover them.
Do you work with businesses outside New York?
Yes, across the United States. The work is delivered remotely, and for multi-location businesses the local search work is per-location wherever those locations are.
What do your services cost?
Pricing depends on scope, functionality, integrations and content. We do not publish rate cards because the same brief varies widely by requirement. Send us the outline and we will come back with a real number.
Can you guarantee leads?
No. We can guarantee that tracking will be correct, that spend and effort will be visible against enquiries, and that we will tell you when something is not working rather than continuing to bill for it.
