Tell us what you are trying to build
Email the office for your market and it reaches that team directly: in@mbgdesk.com, us@mbgdesk.com, uk@mbgdesk.com, ae@mbgdesk.com, or info@mbgdesk.com for anything general. The Hyderabad and Dubai offices also take calls and WhatsApp messages on the numbers listed below.
The more you can tell us at the start, the more useful the first reply is. What you are trying to build or fix, roughly when you need it, and what is not working now if something already exists. We come back with scope, approach and a real figure rather than a range designed to be revised upwards.

What happens after you write
Someone reads it, rather than a form auto-responder acknowledging receipt and nothing further happening for a week. If what you have described is outside what we do, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better. We decline work regularly and it is a faster outcome for everyone than a discovery call that reaches the same conclusion.
If it is something we can do, the next step is usually a conversation to establish scope before anything is quoted. A number produced without that conversation is a guess, and a guess is what gets revised later.
Questions worth asking us on that first call
These are the questions we suggest asking any supplier, including us. They are on the service pages too, because a buyer who asks them gets a better outcome even if they choose somebody else.
A note on the missing phone numbers
The New York and London offices do not yet have their own published telephone numbers. Rather than list an Indian or Emirati number under a US or UK address, which is a small dishonesty that would tell you something about how we handle larger ones, those entries show email only until real numbers exist. The build refuses to publish any other market's number on those pages.
Frequently asked questions
Which office should I contact?
The one for your market, using the email address listed with it. That reaches the team who would manage your work rather than a general inbox that has to route it. If you are outside all four markets, or not sure, info@mbgdesk.com is read by the same people.
Why is there no US or UK phone number?
Because those numbers do not exist yet, and listing another country's number under a New York or London address would be misleading. They will be published here the day they are live. Email reaches both offices directly in the meantime and is answered within their working hours.
Can I message you on WhatsApp?
Yes, on the Hyderabad and Dubai numbers listed above. It is frequently the fastest route for a first conversation, particularly for clients in India and the Emirates where it is the ordinary way business messages get sent.
What information should I include?
What you are building or fixing, roughly when you need it, and what exists now. If you have a site already, the URL is the single most useful thing you can send, because we can look at it before replying rather than asking questions you have already answered.
Do you take on small projects?
Often, yes. It depends on what it is rather than on the budget, and we would rather tell you quickly that something is not a fit than run a discovery process that arrives at the same place two weeks later. Ask and you will get a straight answer.
How quickly do you reply?
Within a working day in normal circumstances, and the working day depends on which office. The India team's day begins well ahead of the UK and US, which in practice means a message sent from those markets in the afternoon is often answered before the next morning.
