This website collects personal data in one place only: the enquiry form. Submitting it opens WhatsApp with your details written into the message, so you can see exactly what is sent before you send it. We use what you send to reply to your enquiry and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not add advertising trackers without your instruction, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing the office for your market.

What this site collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, the market your business is in, the type of work you are enquiring about, and a description of the project. That is the entire set, and all of it is information you type deliberately.
Submitting the form does not send anything to this website. It opens WhatsApp with those six fields written into a draft message addressed to the office for your market. Nothing leaves your device until you press send inside WhatsApp, and you can read or edit the message first. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, the office email addresses are on the contact page and reach the same people.
Standard server logs record technical information about requests, such as the requesting address, the page requested and the time. These are operational records used to keep the site running and to investigate faults or abuse.
This site takes no payments, has no user accounts, and sets no advertising or profiling cookies.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Enquiry details are used to answer the enquiry and, where it leads to work, to carry out that work. If a project does not proceed, we keep the correspondence for a limited period in case you come back, and then delete it. If it does proceed, records are kept for as long as the relationship and our accounting obligations require, which differ by jurisdiction.
We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you ask us to, and there is no mailing list on this site to be added to.
Who else sees it
MBGDesk operates from offices in India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, and enquiries are handled by the office for your market and by the head office in Hyderabad. This means your enquiry may be accessed from a country other than your own. Enquiries from the United States and the United Kingdom are answered by the United Arab Emirates office.
Because enquiries arrive over WhatsApp, the message and your phone number are handled by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, under their own terms and privacy policy rather than ours. That is worth knowing before you use it. We chose it because the reply is fast, and the email route remains available for anyone who prefers it.
Our processors are the hosting provider that serves this site and the email provider that carries the correspondence. We will name them on request, and we provide the list as a matter of course to clients who need it for their own records.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the office for your market or info@mbgdesk.com, and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
The specific rights available to you depend on where you are. The United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, India and several United States states each provide different ones, and which applies depends on your location rather than ours. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you are entitled to complain to the supervisory authority in your own jurisdiction.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies, no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking scripts. If analytics is added in future, it will be behind a consent mechanism that genuinely blocks it until a choice is made, rather than a banner that appears while the scripts have already loaded. We build sites that way for clients and would be poorly placed to argue for it while doing otherwise here.
WhatsApp is not loaded by this site and runs no script here. The enquiry button is an ordinary link, so nothing reaches WhatsApp or Meta unless you choose to open it.

This policy covers mbgdesk.com only. Where we build or operate a website for a client, that client is responsible for its own privacy position and its own policy, and we build to what their adviser specifies. We are not lawyers and we do not provide legal advice about your obligations.
Changes, and how to reach us
