A web development and digital growth company, working across four markets
MBGDesk builds the site or the application, then runs the SEO and Google Business Profile work that makes it findable. We work from four offices, Hyderabad, New York, London and Dubai, with most engineering done from the Hyderabad head office. We say that plainly rather than presenting ourselves as a local firm in each market.
Most agencies do one half of this job. A design studio hands over a site at launch and whether anybody ever finds it becomes somebody else's problem. A search agency inherits a site it cannot change and spends the engagement asking for fixes. We do both halves because they are the same problem: site speed, structure, content and internal linking are build decisions and ranking inputs at the same time.
What we do
Five areas of work, delivered by one team rather than five agencies that do not talk to each other. Websites and web applications. eCommerce stores. AI agents, chatbots and automation. Search, covering technical SEO, local search and Google Business Profile. Custom software for operations that have outgrown spreadsheets.
The order matters more than the list. A business usually arrives wanting one of these and discovers the others are what makes the first one pay for itself. A new website with nobody arriving at it is an expensive brochure, and a search programme pointed at a site that cannot be changed is a slow argument.
Where we are, and what that actually means
Four offices, in India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. The Hyderabad office is the head office and where most of the engineering happens. The New York, London and Dubai offices are staffed and are where clients in those markets are managed.
We put that structure in writing before anyone signs, because the alternative is that a client discovers it at the first standup. Plenty of agencies in the US and UK deliver offshore without saying so. We would rather be the supplier that told you than the one you found out about.
Working across four markets is not a marketing line either. It changes the work: what a UAE site needs is not what a UK site needs, and a group operating in several of them is better served by one contract than by separate agencies with no view of each other.
How we work
Every account is opened in your name. Domain, hosting, analytics, ad accounts, Google Business Profile. We take access rather than ownership, so if you leave, nothing has to be transferred, because nothing was ever ours. This is the single hardest thing to fix after a relationship ends and the easiest to set correctly at the start.
Scope documents list what is excluded as explicitly as what is included, because exclusions are where most agency disappointments live. Testing, performance work, accessibility and post-launch support are the four things usually removed quietly to reach a lower number.
Reporting is in enquiries and calls rather than impressions and positions. Rankings are a means. They are not the thing your business runs on, and a report full of them can keep an arrangement alive long after it has stopped producing anything.
What we will not do
We do not guarantee rankings. Nobody controls search results, and a guarantee attached to a low monthly fee is pricing something other than what it claims to sell.
We do not claim certifications, partnerships or awards. We hold none. Where you see a badge on an agency site, it is worth asking what it certifies and who issues it.
We do not publish client work without permission, and we do not publish outcomes we cannot evidence. That is why the case studies page is currently empty rather than populated with unattributed numbers.
We decline work outside our capability. Blockchain, game development and large-scale cloud engineering are not services we offer, and we would rather say so than learn it on your project.
What we cannot show you yet
No published case studies. No named clients. No metrics. Not because there is no work, but because publishing a client's name and results requires their permission and figures that can be evidenced rather than described, and we do not have both yet for anything we would want to put in front of you.
We would rather an About page that says this than one padded with stock photography, invented milestones and a counter animating up to a number nobody can check. When there is proof, it will appear on the case studies page and on the individual service pages, attributed.

Frequently asked questions
Are you an Indian company or a US, UK and UAE one?
All four, in the sense that matters and not in the sense that is usually implied. There are staffed offices in Hyderabad, New York, London and Dubai. The Hyderabad office is the head office and does most of the engineering. Clients in each market are managed by that market's office. We state this before a contract rather than after.
How big is the team?
We have not published a headcount, and we would treat one on any agency site with mild suspicion, since it is trivially inflatable and never audited. What is worth asking instead is who specifically will do your work and whether you will meet them. Ask us that and we will answer it.
Do you have case studies?
Not published ones, yet. Publishing a client's name and results needs their permission and outcomes that can be evidenced rather than asserted. Until both exist we would rather show nothing than show something unverifiable. We can talk through relevant work in a call, within the limits of what we are allowed to say.
What does working with you actually cost?
It depends on scope, and a headline figure on a web page is a number designed to be revised upwards later. Send the outline and we come back with scope, approach and a real figure in your currency. Each service page lists the factors that move it.
Who owns the work at the end?
You do. Code, content, domain, hosting and every account, all in your name from the first day. Ask this of every supplier you speak to before signing, because the answer is easy to set correctly at the start and genuinely difficult to unpick during a separation.
Can you guarantee results?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. What we control is the technical foundation, the content, the structured data, the page experience and the local signals. What we report is what actually moved, including when it did not, which is the part that distinguishes an honest report from a reassuring one.
