What changes when the sector changes
We work across ten sectors, and the differences between them are structural rather than cosmetic. A clinic converts on an appointment, a manufacturer on a request for quotation, a plumber on a phone call answered in the next few minutes. Those are three different websites, not one website with three colour schemes.
Sector pages on agency sites are usually the same page with the noun swapped. They are worth writing only if there is something genuinely different to say, and there generally is, because the thing that converts is different, the way buyers search is different, and the constraints are different.
Everything in this section
Healthcare And Clinics
Websites and search for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, dental and wellness practices, booking as the conversion, credentials evidenced, patient data handled.
Real Estate
Websites and search for estate agencies, developers, construction firms and land projects. Listings that do not rot, enquiries answered fast, microsites that end well.
Hospitality And Restaurants
Websites and search for hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafes and travel firms. Direct bookings, menus that work on a phone, photography that earns its keep.
Professional Services
Websites and search for legal, accounting, consulting and financial firms. Evidencing expertise when confidentiality rules out the usual case studies.
Education
Websites and search for schools, colleges, training institutes and coaching centres. Ready before the admissions peak, with courses built as real content.
Retail And Ecommerce
Websites for local retail stores, online shops, printing businesses, gift shops and specialty retailers: stock accuracy, configurators and footfall.
Manufacturing
Websites and search for industrial manufacturers, equipment suppliers and exporters. Catalogues as structured data, datasheets published, RFQs you can price.
Home Services And Trades
Websites and search for plumbing, drainage, septic, electrical, HVAC and cleaning firms. Built for emergency calls, service areas and out of hours work.
Automotive
Websites and search for dealerships, workshops, detailing, tyre and parts businesses. Stock that empties itself, fitment that is right, service that books.
Logistics
Websites and search for freight, transport, courier, warehousing and moving firms. Tracking that works on a phone, quoting that prices, coverage worth reading.
Three examples of what actually differs
A logistics company's most-used page is tracking, and on most logistics sites it is the worst built thing there. A salesperson sees a prospect twice a year; the tracking page sees the same customer twice a day.
A manufacturer's enquiry is a request for quotation from an engineer who wants tolerances and a datasheet. Marketing copy on a specification page actively reduces the chance of an enquiry, because it reads as though the specification is being avoided.
A home services business competing for emergency work is judged on whether somebody answers. The best-designed site in the category loses to a worse one that picks up the phone, which makes speed of response a web design constraint rather than an operations detail.
Where the evidence stands
Healthcare, real estate and education carry an operating-history note, because the team has real operating history with businesses in those sectors. The other seven are written from sector knowledge and the client's own scope rather than from published client work.
No sector page claims a case study, because there are none published yet. The case studies page explains the standard that applies before anything appears there.
